Daehangno and the Naksan wall

From the first station to the final station; travel to and from your hotel is excluded.

Explore theatre streets, then climb to the wall; murals and performances are not guaranteed.

This route connects Daehangno, Naksan Park.

Daehangno

Station code: L4S0420

Look at small-theatre signs around Marronnier Park and how performance venues, cafés and restaurants cluster together. Take a short orientation walk before choosing a drink, leaving a genuine rest either before or after the Naksan climb.

This plan is a neighbourhood walk and includes no performance ticket. To see a show, check its language, starting time and duration, then rebuild the climb and dinner around it. A complete performance cannot simply be added to the existing four-hour allowance.

Suggested visit allowance: 25–35 minutes

Naksan Park

Station code: L4S0420

Climb gradually from Daehangno toward Naksan Park and choose a city-wall section with views across roofs and ridges. This is an uphill urban walk, not a flat park immediately outside the station; turning back lower down is a reasonable option.

Nearby Ihwa mural lanes are residential, and artworks can be removed or changed. Old photographs do not guarantee surviving murals. Keep quiet and avoid private steps or courtyards; allow time for a careful descent and return to Hyehwa, especially after rain or near dusk.
